As a resident of Hollister, MO. I am focused on my neighbors in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas — for Stone and Taney Counties, there are a unique set of circumstances — Folks are working 2 or 3 part-time jobs to make ends meet; which often means that they have no insurance. This leads them to make too much money for Medicaid, but not enough for private insurance. Many actually believe that they cannot purchase insurance on the market place; but, everyone qualifies for insurance on the marketplace!
In other counties in the area; such as: Ozark, Christian, Greene, Douglas, etc. folks are struggling to pay for everything they need.
Whether you: have no insurance, need help navigating the marketplace, are losing your Medicaid due to redetermination, have Medicare and Medicaid but need food assistance, or have been on Medicare for years and just want to find out if you are receiving the best possible benefits.
